 It was only a few short years ago that I became aware of Reiki....Simply by chance, I purchased Diane Stein's book "Essential Reiki"....I was thoroughly intrigued by the content. Hi Mona,

I'm writing to let you know how I've been feeling since you started the distance healing on me. I have actually been feeling pretty good, good energy, easy to wake up in the morning. Today I was at a shopping place where there was a booth that took aura and chakra pictures and gave you a reading on them. My chakras were all fully balanced !  I'd say that's a pretty good indication that the healing has been doing me good. And my aura had bright colors.  One thing more, I had this rash on the inside of my knees that wasn't going away, but it cleared up completely during the days you were sending the healing energy.

At 4am Sunday morning (11am Your time) I awoke to the feeling of thousands of "little needles pricking me from the top head down my body to bottoms of my feet causing then to itch somewhat. This was immediately followed by three "jolts" of light electric shocks following the same route, this morning at 3am  again I have experienced the exact same thing. Dear Mona,

I wanted to tell you a wonderful Reiki story. It happened just today. A close friend of mine called me early this morning and asked that I send her a healing. Her mother died a few days ago and this morning was the funeral. She really didn't want to be overcome with emotion at the service, but she said she felt"on the edge" and thought she may not be able to handle it. I have given her healings before,and she wanted to make sure she got one today. As I visualized the flower that I would give her (in the distance healing), it was a yellow chrysanthemum that appeared in my hands. I thought that was a rather odd flower for the occasion! I don't think of a flower first---I let it appear naturally. Whichever kind of flower appears, without me forcing the thought, is the type I figure must be right. So even though I thought it was odd for a yellow chrysanthemum, I didn't force myself to think of a different type of flower. At the service, the minister talked about the woman, commenting on her love of gardening, and remarking that the flowers that had just been placed on the casket were from her own garden. They were yellow chrysanthemums. When I heard that, I was a bit startled, but I felt so blessed, that she came as a spirit guide at that moment, and participated in sending her daughter the healing energy from the Universe! My friend was very happy when I told her about it later. I continue to be amazed by the energy in the Universe! I feel so fortunate to have found your website and to be able to do this! ...

   After practising Level 2 Reiki for more than 2 years, I had began to feel the desire to advance to Master level. The fees charged by the Reiki Masters in my country were however just too exorbitant and I had almost given up hope of ever reaching the Master level... until one fateful night in Sep this year when I chanced upon Mona's site on the internet.

   Arrangements were quickly made for a Master level distant attunement from Mona. Frankly, I was not expecting to feel anything as I am not very sensitive to such energy flows and had not felt anything during my Levels 1 & 2 attunements. This time round, to my surprise, my right hand started 'humming' and tingling on its own during the 3 days when I was supposed to receive my attunements from Mona. From my past experience, this only happens when I'm performing Reiki and is a sign that energy is flowing between me and the recipient. To me therefore, this is an affirmation of the efficacy of distant attunements, well.... at least those performed by Mona anyway.

   I am so glad that there are such generous and enlightened Reiki Masters like Mona around who are willing to take it upon themselves to make available to as many people as possible the miracle that is Reiki.

J'ai appris l'existence du REIKI au gré des lectures, comme par hasard, des fois que le hasard en soit vraiment un. Jusqu'au jour ou, poussé par une étrange curiosité, j'ai senti le besoin de connaître de près,  concrètement, cette discipline revenue d'autres âges et dont on disait tant de choses. Et c'est en surfant sur Internet que j'ai découvert le seul site d'un initiateur libanais, celui de Mona Khalaf.

Par une mystérieuse coïncidence, Mona Khalaf s'est avérée être la fille d'un camarade collège perdu de vue depuis. Et ce fut, par e-mail interposé, le contact et les initiations successives (l'Attunement ou synchronie, comme on appelle cela en anglais). Ce qui en a suivit a été pour moi, sur plus d'un plan, étonnant.

Depuis, et en mesurant bien mes propos, je puis affirmer que c'est là sans doute une des découvertes capitales de mon existence et je n'arrête pas d'en percevoir les bienfaits.

Une fière chandelle à Mona Khalaf et un profond sentiment de reconnaissance.

A Perfect confirmation from the Universe

Strangely enough we always attract those people in our lives who really can help you further on your life's journey. You only need to ask a sincere question, send it into the universe and open yourself to hear the answer. And that's what I did.  My name is Yvonne Hofstede and I live in Arnhem, The Netherlands. For what reason and purpose did I get into contact with a nice lady named Mona who lives in Lebanon, far from where I live. Why did I choose her to attune me up to Reiki level II.As I started my story I know now why!  Let me tell you what happened.

After reading some books about Reiki I started to look on the internet for more information how to get the attunements. From a long list of names I just out of the blue chose Mona's link to click on. I read the information on her site and I liked what I saw. But that same night I was asking myself how it was possible for her to do these attunements via distance Reiki. I hadn't read this in the books, because they were all giving examples of group meetings. Another thing I was thinking about was who could assure me that after sending the money she would really do it. I asked these questions to myself and still had a good feeling.... but... I wasn't convinced yet to just sending her the money. I'd never seen or spoken to this lady before.

So I wrote her an E-mail with some questions, which she answered very fast and honest, and again I had a good feeling about it. That same night I was reading till 3 in the morning in my Reiki books. When I turned out the light I was thinking of getting the attunements via Mona and asked myself if she would be the right choice. While I was thinking something wonderful happened. I was laying on my back and all at once I felt this great energy flowing. It came in through my feet, went through my whole body and as an ongoing circle I felt all this energy coming in and out of my body. I didn't know what happened but it felt so great that I kept still and enjoyed the feeling. While this was happening I all at once saw a big light, as round as a sun, through my curtain. Very fast it came and went again, like in a blink of an eye.  I saw this light 3 times, but I'll never forget the intensity and the feeling I had while seeing this and at the same time receiving all this energy which felt like pure Love. A little bit later I saw, again in a blink of an eye two stripes of light on the ceiling of my bedroom. Again of course I didn't know what this was, but I felt good and safe. The flow of energy seemed to take for hours,

and I also hoped that it wouldn't stop. But the best of all was the joy I felt that my question was answered so soon. This experience helped me to see that I was ready to receive Reiki and that it had to be Mona to be my teacher.

A week later Mona attuned me for Reiki level I and II. I expected to get the same feeling again but this didn't happen. I was ill for the whole week. Not just a little, but very ill. After 3 days I send Mona a mail what happened and again I got an answer from her very fast.

What I already thought what was happening Mona confirmed. Sometimes we are so used to our own habits of e.g. negative thinking etc. that it's difficult to let go. But after a week my body/mind 'surrendered' and the blockages I had disappeared. I'm very grateful for the support Mona gave me during this time and still.  I know everybody receives the attunements in a different way. We are all unique human beings with our own habits, style, talents and with our own personal choices and place in the world.  But we are all looking for the same thing...... that thing called Love! It can be yours too if you open up yourself and want to make a difference in your life.

Mona makes it possible for many people to receive the attunement. She doesn't ask for much money, like most Reiki organizations do, and let you follow your own personal path instead of teaching all kind of limitations, again like others do. And again I'm very grateful that my personal guides showed me that night that I had to chose Mona. The perfect confirmation, just out of the universe. Dare to ask too and life will show you miracles.

I have to thank you for the Reiki III attunement at the weekend, I have noticed a definite stronger flow of energy,  my hands are still tingling as I type this!

On Friday  mid morning I first began to notice my hands were feeling quite hot.

Saturday I was told by my partner that I seemed to be glowing with light. I felt very relaxed.  On Sunday in the afternoon I felt very hot and my hands still tingling.

On doing a treatment on my partner he felt a definite stronger energy and as he has just had tonsillitus, the treatment really helped and he felt better the next day.

My friend Carol said she felt very relaxed all weekend which is quite unusual for her. She said no-one would have been able to stress her out as she felt so good!

I thank you for giving me the opportunity to take this course with you and making it possible, and at such a low fee for this I am eternally grateful.

Dear Mona,

This is long overdue...about a year now!

I want you to know that you have helped bring a wonderful thing into my life and I am eternally grateful to you! I remember reading about Reiki for the first time and thinking "wow, I sure would like to learn more about this, but how?"

It seemed like I would never have the resources to become a Reiki Master, or even a level Ior II practitioner for that matter. But that all changed when I found you and your site! I was filled with such an overwhelming feeling of "Yes, I finally found it!"

I cannot express how much joy and love Reiki has brought into my life! Everyday I am touched by it in one way or another. Reiki has become part of my life's work and has brought me closer to my 'higher self' than I had ever imagined possible. My faith is also so much stronger. As far as what I experienced during the attunement, it was so long ago,but I can still remember everything like it was yesterday...

There is a large abandoned field behind our house that I walk in almost everyday now.The day of my first attunement was the first time I had ever walked to the very end of the field. During the walk I felt tingling energy all around me and inside of me. I also just felt different, emotionally and spiritually mostly. I had a sense of oneness with nature and felt like nothing could really bother me anymore. To tell you the truth, I felt like a different person, not angry, confused, frustrated, impatient, jealous, self conscious...all of these things I had problems with...

I received my Master attunements about a month later and during these I found that I was being filled with information from what was an unknown source to me at the time. I now know it as my 'inner voice' or 'higher self'. This information came to me whenever I asked questions, sometimes right away and sometimes a few days later. I would either just know the answer or I would read it somewhere or hear it from someone else...

Today, I am happy to say that I am the exact same person I was a year ago, but with a totally new perception on life! I look forward to each and every day now...

For anyone who doubts the power of distance attunements and training, I have to say that I know where you are coming from, I had my doubts to begin with too.

But do yourself a favor and receive this wonderful gift that Mona is offering, it is the gift of true health and happiness that you will never forget!

Once again, Mona, I must say thank you so much for all of your kindness and support, and for following your heart and making Reiki so readily available for anyone and everyone. I will always remember what you have done for me.

Thank you very much for the attunement.  On Saturday night, my feet started to feel very warm and while I was sleeping, I felt a burst of energy coming into my body through the sole of my feet.  I have really stiff neck, but when I put my hand on my neck, it feels really good, very hot!  In addition, I feel that I am more sensitive to what is going on around me---I can feel who is sending me emails/mails or who is calling me before I answer them.

Dear Mona,

Thank you for sending some distance healing. I wasn't sure when it was because I was half-asleep, but it was restful sleep, instead of feeling guilty that I was taking a break! I have felt more peaceful since, and more patient with my children. I have felt more peace in dealing with everyday things that I often have problems with.

I also felt a warm-feet sensation, similar to a sensation that I had usually once or twice a day after nursing my last baby. I have described this to a few other people and they don't know this feeling. Perhaps you do?

After nursing and my baby fell asleep, I was lying down and finally very relaxed myself, and very slowly but steadily my feet began to tingle and feel pleasantly hot. This heat would move slowly up my legs and to every part of my body until reaching the crown of my head. It felt so good that I didn't want to go to sleep at night but stay in it like a cocoon, safe and warm, out of time and space.  I have not had this feeling for over a year and with my limited understanding of the chakra system, I imagine this was a balancing of them. Does this sound familiar to you?

I have been yearning to attain this feeling without being forced to find some "group" to join, pay fees, pay for a babysitter, pay for petrol to drive to classes, etc. ...

The attunement you gave to me was such a perfect model to follow.  And doing your angel painting was such a teacher for me.  It shows the calling of the Reiki light and then passing the light in the form a symbol.  All I needed to do for the attunements I've passed is hold out my hand the symbols appear in 3D form.  It's amazing!

The reason I have pursued the Reiki Master attunement is just for this reason - to be able to pass attunements and share the awakening that happens for a soul's growth and highest good. To be able to share this with my family and friends is truly wonderful.

I received the Reiki certificate and the booklets today. Thank you so much. I am very happy with the attunements. I felt very peaceful and relaxed. Wednesday, my hands at times were very, very warm. On Friday in the mid afternoon my hands were pulsing and very warm. It was so wonderful. Sunday I took a workshop in Indian head massage. We worked with  a  partner and twice they said, your hands are so warm the heat is coming of them.  After the second girl made the same remark I told them that I had just received my Reiki attunements.

I am extremely grateful to Mona for helping to strengthen my commitment to Reiki. I had never considered a distant attunement, or planned on practising Reiki at Master level, but was drawn to Mona's website and experienced a wonderful sense of peace as I set about arranging for the attunements. In the several weeks since the attunements, I have experienced a definite increase in the energy flowing through my hands, a sense of calm, and mild flu symptoms which are common with the clearing that happens.

I was further reassured, a few days after the attunements, when I came across my notes from a short session with a medium, who has predicted all the major events in my life over the last few years. She had told me, 3 years ago,that an Egyptian girl called Moona wanted to give me a gift -  something to do with healing!  Apparently Mona's mother was born and raised in Egypt, and her name is pronounced Moona there!

I declare I am one of the fortunate Reiki students who have met Mona in person. What a generous, sympathetic and kind soul she is.

Beginning of the summer of 2001 I found out about Reiki. I was looking for a way to help and improve myself, my life and the lives of the people close to me without antibiotics and Psychiatrists.   Blessings and love!  I would like to thank you for your love and patience with me.  I would like to thank you for your loving kindness, your compassion, for having the understanding to give the attunements the way you do.  May the Eternal One bless you always.

  Thank you also for answering my questions.  I am practicing Reiki...  I first started on my patient.  He is bed ridden, has a colostomy, feeding tube, a tracheotomy, and has had a massive stroke.  He has been in bed for over 5 years now!  I have been taking care of him that long.  I felt that maybe I could ease some of his  distress by laying my hands on him, and letting Reiki flow.  I felt heat.  I did not have much time to spend more than a couple of minutes, yet he seemed to smile and relax. 

 Next, I used it on my mother.  You see, my mother has diabetes, and other health issues. I have been treating her for a while with alternate health practices. Her diabetes has decreased somewhat by following a diet prescribed by the Blood Type.  Also she has been doing Tibetan Youth exercises, which seem to have given her much more health and radiance.  Well, this evening, she began complaining about a pain she described being in her liver... I thought that, as you said, Reiki is the Energy that is healing, not I.  So, I did not want to set limits on Reiki.  I immediately asked her to lie down, and I placed my hands on her liver area.  Suddenly, I felt an extremely hot feeling in my hands, and tingling sensations.  She said she felt a heavy heat coming off my hands...

   I can't begin to explain my happiness to have come upon you and Reiki.  It is a blessing!  You are a blessing Mona.  I am glad we found each other...

Hi Mona!

Thank you sooo much.  I definitely had some interesting moments this weekend.
There was a moment when I was resting, almost on the verge of sleep that
I felt a very electric sensation.  I couldn't move! 
It was very profound, and moved all through my body. All I could do was go to sleep!
 I felt very tired and weak the rest of the day. It felt very similar to
something that had happened to me last year.  I still don't know what it was,
but it happened a few times and then stopped.  The sensations were all sort of the
same, like energy passing through my body... my body started to vibrate!  It's very
strange but it doesn't frighten me anymore...it's just something the universe has planned for me.
Thank you for blessing me in this way...it's another step on the road.
I will keep you updated with anything I notice changing.

You may recall you attuned me some while ago now to Reiki I & II and thank you very much indeed!

I am undergoing a spiritual and emotional transformation, bit by bit, and my life path is being healed. I am letting go of the past more and more and going with the flow.

I think I am ready now for Reiki 3 ....please could you advise what I need to do for you to pass this attunement!

Hello All,

I am very happy to report that on the 3 days Mona said she would send the Level I and II attunements I felt strong sensations in my hands and arms, as if I had my hands on someone and the energy was flowing. It happened about the same time each day, in the early afternoon here in Oregon. Pretty neat. I've been doing mostly treatments on myself for 3 weeks, as advised. Just starting to put hands on or near others. I am happy to realize the experience of remote attunement, which implies the reality of remote healing. Very inspiring. I intend to practice a bunch, then ask for the Master Attunement.

I have been practicing on my own, daily and faithfully, and have incorporated Reiki with my other energy work into a regular routine... it has proven to be very good in elevating my energy level, warding off the seasonal malaise I often get this time of year and also has helped curb my mood swings... I received my Reiki Master certificate in the mail on 12-11- 03...

Since my last attunement I had a few experiences that I thought you might like to hear. My mother, who is close to 86, has been losing a lot of her friends over the last year or so. Recently, a good friend was put in a hospice because she was considered terminal from the spread of cancer
throughout her body. I knew my mother wanted to see her before she died so I took her to the hospice. When we arrived, this woman was in intense pain and her pain medication was not giving her any relief. After watching this for some time I felt that I had to try and help. Nobody there knew about my Attunement to Reiki so I was unsure how they would respond. When I asked the Joyce{the woman's name}if she wanted me to try to help her she at first thought I was making some kind of dumb joke. But when she realized I was serious she said go ahead, I'm willing to try anything. I asked her to show me where the pain was the worst. She put her hand near her heart. I asked if I could put my hands there and she agreed. After about a minute she looked at me amazed and said your hands feel like a heating pad. After about 10 minutes she said the pain was completely gone. She seemed like a different person. She began to talk and laugh and tell jokes. The day of her death I was on the phone with my mother discussing how I had the feeling we should go and see Joyce. My mother felt that because it was so late {it was 1 am} and no family was with her, it would not be proper to go. I felt strongly that we should be there but agreed with my mother's wishes. About this time there were 3 loud knocks. They were loud enough for my mother to hear over the phone. I told her it sounded like someone had knocked on the wall but it actually seemed more like the sound came from within the wall itself. In talking with my mother later in the day I discovered that Joyce had passed over at that exact time.

My mother has another friend that lives about 65 miles from here. She received a call from this woman's daughter that the woman {Elaine} had fallen and broke her arm in 3 places and was in a nursing home trying to recover. Elaine is 91 years old. I took my mother to see Elaine. When we got to her room I saw that she had her arm in a sling and was in a great deal of pain. I waited for what I thought was the appropriate moment and asked her if she wanted me to try to help her. She also thought I was making some type of joke but my mother convinced her to let me try. When I first placed my hands on her arm her hand was clenched in a fist and she said she was unable
to open it. She looked at me real funny and said, your hands are so hot I can't believe it. A short time later she said, " look" as she was opening and closing her hand. About ten minutes later she said to me, "You must be doing something with your mind" I asked why she said that and she replied, " Because it feels like electricity is coming out of your hands and going through my arm. A few minutes later she began moving her hand from the completely extended position up to her shoulder and back again. All the while she kept looking at me with this look of amazement on her face. When we left her she said she no longer was feeling any pain. I felt better than either one of these two ladies for having the opportunity to help them. I thought you might like to know this.

I have received the attunements and am awaiting my certificate. Thank you very much. My attunements were a strange experience indeed... On the day of my attunement I kept feeling throughout the day, intermittently, feelings of the top of my head being opened up in an upward triangle sort of shape and a connection with something above. When I finally saw the diagrams in the master book I got a shock because it looked like what I felt on the first day. In the evening I went outside to sit down (I don’t normally wear shoes) and as soon as my feet touched the ground they felt strange like a tingling feeling as if some energy was beneath my feet. The next few days I was on a roller coaster of emotions and I felt awful. But on the last night we had a thunderstorm. We haven’t had a thunderstorm for at least 3 years and they are quite significant in my life. Any way this was a big one. It went on for a night and the next day too and my spirits lifted with it. I have been doing self treatments ever since and my sons condition curiously seems to be improving slightly! I can’t wait to start helping others! I am going to wait a little while until I’ve done a few more self treatments I’ve got a bit of emotional rubbish to clear out first!

I started Reiki two years ago by doing Level 1 in Usui Shiki Ryoho; I went on to do level 2 in the same form of Reiki.

I wanted to do the Masters in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, but the charge of € 10,000 was beyond my financial reach.

I went on to do Levels 1,2,and Mastership in Tera Mai Reiki, my Master was excellent, and I’ve made some lovely friends along the way, but I have found the additional numerous “New Symbols” to be totally unnecessary – this is not to take from anyone else’s experience, this is my opinion only.

I made a decision to find a Usui Master who would give me the Master Attunement –The answer to my search came in the form of Mona Khalaf.

Mona gave me a distant Usui Master Degree Level attunement on 4th October 2004.
The whole process was straight forward, simple and enjoyable. The energy was tangible, and lots of positive shifts took place in my life afterwards.

I have since (in the last 3 weeks) given a Usui Master Degree Level attunement to my Tera Mai Reiki Master, and to two other Tera Mai Masters that trained with me.

Mona brings out the true essence of Reiki which is simplicity.

Je voulais vous écrire hier mais je n’ai pas eu un moment libre.
Je veux vous remercier les 3 livres, ils sont super bien arrivés.
J’ai dévoré La signification de la vie. Il m’a beaucoup touché. C’est un livre pour moi.
Il y avait des moment que je me disais, « c’est exactement comme je pense. » je ne suis pas si folle que ça. Celui en anglais , j’attends que quelqu’un me fasse la traduction parce que je suis nul en anglais.

Et vraiment j’ai beaucoup aimé le livre Reiki Maître, parce qu’il est très clair et les initiations sont vraiment très simples et je me rends compte quelles sont d’une grande efficacités. L’idée que le Reiki appartient à tout le monde, riches ou pauvres c’est une idée que j’ai toujours eu
et je suis contente que nous ayons la même pensée.

Je ne sais pas comment vous le dire, les paroles ne sont pas suffisantes. J’ai mon coeur gonflé et j’ai besoin de vous le dire. Je pense que vous le sentez et ça me soulage. J’ai eu pleines d’émotions, des sensations. J’ai su parfaitement quand vous êtes venue le vendredi. J’ai eu très mal à la tête et je ne souffre jamais de maux de tête. Mes mains brûlaient et elle brûlent encore. C’est incroyable.  Le même jour, vendredi, j’ai trépigné comme un enfant
de 7ans parce que j’avais perdu un livre, je ne me reconnaissais pas. Normalement à la maison mes enfants ou la bonne prennent mes affaires et ils le laissent n’importe où. Je n’aime pas mais je ne réagis pas comme ça. Cette fois ci je me suis fait entendre. J’ai eu peur de ma réaction mais je doit reconnaître que je me suis bien soulagée. Le samedi, j’étais super sensible, je le suis encore. Ce n’ ai pas de la peine. Je m’émotionne. Je ne sais pas l’expliquer. Samedi soir, j’étais préoccupé, parce que nous sommes partis avec mon mari à 200 Km de Santiago. Et je pensais à mon initiation du troisième jour que j’allais échouer parce que je n’étais pas à Santiago. Mais j’ai compris qu’il n’y a pas de temps ni espace l’énergie venait quand même. C’est magique elle me suivait. Je sens mes mains brûlantes encore.
J’ai du faire des traitements et on ma dit que elles sont plus chaudes et plus efficaces. Les gens se sentent bien plus vite. Et si avant j’étais heureuse de faire du Reiki, aujourd’hui je le suis plus encore. Je ne peux pas l’exprimer.

Finally I have some time to write to you. Actually I am amazed of how I have experienced the attunement, but not really surprised as I already know by experience that in spirit, there are no limits.

As I told you earlier, the energy flow in my body increased more then a week before the attunement and this experience fit very well with earlier experiences. In that way I felt a great joy, like a greeting from spirit: “hello, we are there”!

At the attunement days, the energy flow in my hands increased to an extent where it almost were painful, specially at night. I did not have much sleep for a week !

When I opened up the file that you sent to me and my eyes fell upon the signs, as I quickly ran through the material, I felt a great joy. They were radiating power and were a bridge to the healing power right away. The energy was exhilarating just by looking at them.

Thank you for your part of the attunement!
Surely I would like to be introduced to the Master part of Reiki healing, but first I will make experiences with what I just got.  You will hear from me.

Since receiving the Reiki III master training and attunements things have started
happening at an accelerated rate. Initially this felt as though too many things were
coming to me at one time, things that I dreamed about and opportunities that I longed for
in order to make progress on my life's path, but I trusted Reiki and just went with the flow.
On having the attunements at the agreed time, I ached all over and initially on the second
day didn't need to look at the time in order for me to recognise that it was 'attunement session'.
Using Reiki both personally and professionally I have achieved balance, the majority of
the time (I'm not perfect!) and acceptance of the way things have a natural way of working
out - as Florence Schinn states 'when everything seems to be going wrong it is actually
going perfectly right'. With other healing modalities, I have studied the field of energy
and working with this energy, in this instance, Reiki, has enhanced my treatments but
also my manner in which I carry out, research and structure them.
Thanks to Mona - I have the confidence and tools necessary for 99% of the situations that
cross my path and also those of my children as they are now attuned to Reiki 1 at 17, 16, 10
and 9 years of age. In some ways my 10 and 9 year old sons have adapted the hand
movements to suit themselves but are effective when performing Reiki as either full
treatment or as a pain relief for family and friends.
Oh what a world this would be if it was part of all schooling for children the world over - knowledge of their own energy field and a natural way to help others.

Keep up the great service to mankind Mona - I can only sing your praises!

Recently a good friend of mine fell and injured her right hand, she had hospital treatment and was told she had possibly fractured her thumb, after a couple of weeks it got worse and she could not move her fingers at all.
I asked her if she would like to try Reiki and she said yes, I treated her and within a few days she could clench her fist again, I continued treatment and she is now back at work, Her mum has now asked me to do Reiki on her knees which she has suffered pain with for some time.
This is only one of the successes I have had and I now hope to help many more people.
I have sent off to you for the Reiki 3 attunement as I feel I am now ready for this.
Thank you once again Mona I am getting a lot of satisfaction working with Reiki.

Thank you for my master level attunements, I received my certificate this morning. I experienced a lot of hot and cold sensations over the weekend and also a lot of tingling sensations in my hands.

J'ai commencé à m'entrainer sur moi même en essayant de traiter une légère
achnée sur mon visage. Je vais continuer sur moi-même jusqu'à me sentir à
l'aise. Ensuite j'essaierai avec des plantes. Je ne peux malheureusement pas
pour l'instant le faire avec les personnes de mon entourage, assez fermées
d'esprit à ce sujet. Sans aucune prétention, je répèterai simplement un
principe hermétique du Kybalion : "les lèvres du maître sont closes
exceptées aux oreilles de la raison".

La franchise, l'objectivité et la simplicité de vos textes m'a beaucoup
touché. Il est rare de rencontrer des gens faisant preuve d'humilité comme
vous et ça fait vraiment plaisir.

Depuis le week-end de mon initiation mes mains deviennent chaudes dès que je pense au Reiki, que suis en présence d’une personne, que je médite ; tellement chaudes que parfois j’ai l’impression d’avoir les doigts gonflés. Il m’est même arrivé de les mettre sous l’eau froide pour en abaisser la température. C’est très impressionnant, mais cela me fait sourire.

J’ai l’impression d’être entourée de mes guides en permanences ; hier, je cherchais une adresse dans un quartier de paris que je ne connais pas bien. J’allais dans une direction lorsque je me suis arrêtée net. Et j’ai senti une présence qui me disait « tu te trompes de sens, l’immeuble est là ! » et j’ai eu l’impression qu’on me montrait un plan en trois dimension en pointant un endroit précis. J’ai été très surprise, mais je me suis arrêtée et j’ai fait demi-tour. J’ai été guidée à l’endroit précis de ma destination.

Lorsque j’ai compris ce qui c’était passé, j’ai éclaté de rire. Bien sur, je les aie remerciés.

J’ai fait la connaissance de mon guide Reiki en 2002 lors que ma première initiation au Reiki I. Je l’avais retrouvé lors de mon initiation au Reiki II en 2003. Mais je ne l’ai pas vu lors de mon initiation au Reiki III A. Et c’est l’une des raisons qui m’on fait me poser des questions et rechercher un autre Maître. J’ai toujours senti sa présence à chaque fois que je faisais une séance de Reiki. Mais je n’avais encore jamais senti la présence de mes guides en dehors de mes méditations où d’une séance.

Je suis très heureuse de cela. Je me sens plus sereine, et beaucoup de mes doutes sont en trains de s’envoler...

J’ai l’impression d’avoir besoin d’intégrer encore beaucoup de choses. Dans les lectures que vous m’avez données, j’ai appris beaucoup de choses nouvelles ; même pour le Reiki II. On m’avait transmis les symboles, mais jamais vraiment expliqué leur puissance et leurs possibilité d’utilisation...

Le faite que ma formation Reiki ne m’a pas coûté cher, grâce à vous, me donne la possibilité de la transmettre à mes amies gratuitement et c’est ce que j’ai toujours voulu. Je n’aurais pas pu leur demandé d’argent car je me serais sentie mal. Mais en versant les sommes qui m’étaient demandées, je n’aurais pas eu le choix car je ne suis pas très fortunée.

Je m’engage auprès de vous à transmettre le Reiki autour de moi en pratiquant des prix très bas, et de ne jamais hésité à donner des séances gratuite.

Le Reiki avais déjà changé ma vie depuis que je le pratique, mais grâce à vous, je me sens libre de le transmettre comme j’en ai envie. J’espère ainsi contribuer à la transformation de beaucoup de personnes sur terre ; ça à toujours été mon rêve et j’ai toujours sue que c’est la chose qui me rendra la plus heureuse.

Hi Mona

Thank you very much for the attunements. On two occasions my whole body started to feel very warm as if there was some sort of a light going through my body I felt lots of energy coming into my body, and I have had pains in my neck for about 3 weeks and they just seemed to disappear.
Now when I place my hands on my body I feel really great, full of energy, my hands become hot and my fingers get like pins and needles.
I have already tried on some of my clients as I'm a massage therapist, they said that my hands felt like hot stones being placed on them...

sorry for having been so long with letting you know how things went with the
attunements.
Al lot of my desire to learn Reiki was to heal myself and unblock energy for
my clairvoyance and medium work, every other person in my family has some
ability with that type of thing.
I must admit all I expected was to get some nice positive energy,
I must say I was delighted with what happened.
On the first night when in the spa pool it started ... it was like someone
was shooting me with paint ball of color... they came in like and arch and
splat one after the other, lots of yellow first then other colors. This
must have last for about an hour. Later this sweet little Asian man came
and stood in the doorway of my bedroom, I cant tell you allot about his
facial features but he has funny shoes and like tucks in the bottom of his
pants. He was wearing dark clothing, didn't say anything but was there to introduce
himself.
The next night the paint balls started again but not as vivid. I must admit
I was really tried as my teenager decided to have an emergency appendectomy
that day.
The next night I went to bed a little disappointed that nothing had
happened........... then I had this amazing vision /dream, of being taken to
a beautiful country stream and the water being below my knees, as I waded in
then while standing in the flowing water I began finding crystals in the
stream ...first citrine then amethyst..... then rose quartz then amethyst
and rose quartz melted together as one they sort of grew into each other.
Whilst all the time the water flowed. Very very beautiful colors and
feelings.
Now I have to admit I didn't know a lot at all about Reiki, but it took me
about a week to get to read the ebooks, and found a book on Takaka and then
read Dianne Steins book.
I realize that the little man is actually my Reiki guide I call him Chow Wong,
and that my crystal vision/dream was my master attunement and as it happens had
been thinking about doing a crystal course to help sell crystals at the shop.

I think in its wisdom Reiki energy knew this and programmed me for this..
Again I have been show in prefect love and trust what is given from spirit is right.
Thank you soooo much..
I have actually had a rough few years and have been very bitter about a few
things, found that I have had migraines back for about 10 days but my energy
levels have moved up and each day I feel better now , I think this may have
been my way on getting rid of a few things.

Thanks for the Master's Manual [and the course in general].
Just wanted to let you know how things have been this past few days.

When you sent my attunement on Friday, there was a point in the day when I felt 'Strange',
no problems, but first felt my scalp tingling profusely, and this was followed by a feeling of someone pouring warm water on my head that I could feel trickling down my face.
Quite a pleasant experience.

On Sunday evening I knew you had sent the 3rd attunement because I felt 'good' and new I was now 'different', like I was 20 years younger, and my hands were hot to touch, and that hasn't changed up to this point in time.

Last night I had a pain in my right knee and I tried my first bit of scanning; I passed my hand along my leg at a height of about 3 inches - when it came to my knee I could feel heat radiating from my knee, combined with a tingling sensation in my hand and fingers.
I immediately 'knew' that this could be healed - so I immediately did the sign and placed both hands one either side of my knee, and after a few minutes only -  IT WAS PAIN FREE!!!!! - Even my wife was amazed.
I can see a wonderful future ahead healing those who need it.

So thanks a million for making Reiki affordable to ordinary people like me.

Dearest Mona, I am so happy with my everyday life, and this wonderful energy around me and within me. I tried Reiki on my 3 wonderful children: one son, age 10, daughters age 71/2, and age 3. All told me how they felt, "mom I feel very relaxed and feel something from your hands". My husband also felt the special energy when I placed my hands on his back after he it became painful when he was painting the fence. My mother in-law said she felt warm air on her feet and she started to perspire . I have this very different pulsation in my hands now which I never did before. My house plants are happily blooming, my vegetable garden flourishing. The other day I spoke with my mom she suffers from rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes and high blood pressure. she is in constant pain all the time, and take many medicine. And now Mona, a little history on my self: I was born in India, grew up in England, and lived there until I was around 17, and in U.S.A. since then. My father grew up in Rangoon, Burma., and age of 21 came to England. Interesting thing happened to my father at age 15 a Buddhist there had gifted my father, and he had helped many people with the special energy he had to free from many ailments," ELECTRICITY NEVER AFFECTED HIM". He had this wonderful personality and because of this had many friends from various cultures and religion, and young and elderly. My father passed away in year 2000, and did tell me that he will pass on the gift which he had to one of his children. I am the eldest, I have 1 sister and 3 brothers. All my family and relatives tell me that I am the one whom my father has passed on the gift. Long before my attunement I had helped many of my close friend and family that had ailments, But now after the attunements my gift has become more powerful. This is something which I have personally shared with you, as many people would laugh skeptism.
I have been in the medical field working as medical professional for 11 years. Last 6 years, not working since I was diagnosed with having brain tumor, after my daughters birth miraculously decreased in size that surgery did not have to be done...

I had some great news today I was contacted by a friend of mine who I treated with Reiki about a year ago. When she came to me she had quite serious problems with her health and from what she told me it could have got worse very quickly, I explained what Reiki was and how it worked and she decided to give it a try.
I gave her six full treatments after which she didn't come back again, to cut a long story short there was a knock at the door today and there she was, she told me that since the Reiki treatments she had not been in hospital anymore and had not suffered any more pain she assured me that she had also followed her Doctors advise but thinks that the Reiki treatments helped a great deal.
She has asked me for some more Reiki as soon as she has moved house which I agreed to give.
Well that's one up for Reiki and I have to say thank you again Mona because if I had not found your web site and been trained by you I could not of given the help to my friend that I did, Thank you Mona.

Tout d’abord, mes meilleurs vœux pour l’année 2007.

Ma tante Guillotte Gisèle et moi-même pratiquons de plus en plus régulièrement le REIKI et nous en sommes satisfait et les personnes que nous aidons aussi.

J’ai été impressionné par les résultats des traitements à distance, les receveurs avaient tous un sentiment de calme et de bien être dans la demi-heure qui suivait l’intervention.

Par contre, je trouve difficile de ce faire un auto-traitement, je m’en dors chaque fois avant d’avoir terminé ma séance…

Bref, il y a beaucoup de possibilité.

Hi Mona,

I thought I would share some experiences I had while receiving my attunements...

Last night, I heard the sound of a bird's wings brush against my wall. I couldn't see it, but I heard it clearly. My cat is psychic as well and could see this...whatever it was...and his eyes and head followed it wherever it went throughout my family room and above me.

Saturday I was resting with my eyes closed and I saw colours...there were lines which were horizontal and they were different colours...like strings of colour...I know blue was one of them...

Also, I felt cheerful, warm and I felt stirring on the top of my head (crown chakra). It was a tickly/swirrling feeling in my hair...I knew this was my crown chakra...

Thank you for performing the reiki attunements on me. The two books you sent are an amazing read and I will read them over and over again!

Thank you for attuning me through distance. After the attunement I did distance healing for 2 of my relatives who were in a critical state in the hospital due to bad attack of asthma and anal operation. Both of them recovered and are now at home recuperating. When I was attuned for Reiki 1 & 2 I could not feel anything - the heat from my hands but now I do. I'm giving Reiki treatment to my mum and dad every night. My dad has diabetes and my mum high blood pressure and high cholesterol and both of them has got aches and pains in their joints as well. When I did the Reiki recently I used the master symbol at the end and my hands became so hot that I could feel so much warmness coming out of my hands. My parents felt it too. It is helping them greatly as it eased their pain as well as gave them a restful sleep. I also gave a Reiki treatments to my friends who complained of backaches and it helped a great deal. I must let you know during the 3 days attunement occasionally I would feel the heat from my hands. I was also having backache that lasted for over a month and it was excruciatingly painful but after the attunement it was gone. Thank you so much for sending the attunement.

Je viens de finir votre manuel et je l'ai trouvé clair et concis, merci beaucoup. J'ai commencé à m'auto-traiter avec les positions que vous avez indiquées. Je suis encore toute étonnée par cette initiation. Il y a une semaine, j'en étais encore à éprouver une grande attirance pour le Reiki et je me disais: qu'est-ce que j'aimerais être initiée à cet art mystérieux! Et voila qu'une semaine après, mon souhait se réalise et de la manière la plus inattendue... Une dame inconnue qui est à des milliiers de kilomètres et qui m'envoie ce cadeau, une dame qui s'appelle Souhait (Mouna = souhait, voeu en arabe) et qui réalise mon souhait...ouf !! je n'en reviens tout simplement pas...
J'ai très bien senti l'initiation hier...j'ai commencé à sentir des signes avant même que vous ne la fassiez...toute la journée j'ai été dans un état second, comme éthérique, sur un nuage, dans du coton...je fonctionnais au ralenti et mon corps avait des milliers de sensations...puis des frissons, fièvre, sensation de couver quelque chose...et cette envie de m'isoler et de rester seule..
Aujourd'hui, ça a été plus doux...j'en ai été presque décue mais j'ai suivi votre conseil de ne pas avoir d'attentes...plusieurs fois j'ai ressenti l'énergie, ça vient et ça part, c'est drôle mais en même temps, je sais qu'elle est toujours la même si je ne la sens pas physiquement...je crois que c'est cela que je dois intégrer au plus profond de mon être: apprendre à me faire confiance et être totalement convaincue que je possède en moi l'énergie de guérision et que je l'ai pour toujours...Aujourd'hui aussi j'ai eu le besoin de m'isoler, ce qui n'est pas évident avec une famille mais j'ai réussi à avoir ma soirée toute seule pour me recentrer et vivre pleinement cette initiation...
Je vous remercie infiniment Mona...je ne sais pas ce que vous avez fait ni quels dons de magicienne vous avez... comment pouvez-vous, de Beyrouth, susciter chez moi toutes ces réactions?... comment mes mains qui ne me faisaient rien il y a à peine quelques jours m'apportent de la chaleur et du bien-être aujourd'hui? est-ce juste de l'auto-suggestion de ma part ? je sais, c'est le Reiki qui est illimité...mais je suis totalement estomaquée...je ne sais même pas comment je pourrais expliquer cela à quelqu'un !!
Merci encore Mona pour votre générosité...je vous sens près de mon coeur et ça me fait beaucoup de bien. J'attends la suite demain !!

I want to take this opportunity to thank you - I have wanted to learn Reiki for years and hesitated - I finally obtained my level 1 Reiki certificate (under master Mariann Marian) I have been using Reiki everyday since my first level attunements (since march of this year) while my experience with her has been a very good one - I have been looking for another master for my 2nd level and master attunements because I too feel that you should be able to proceed when you feel ready not by a pre-determined timeline - I have been using Reiki on my family and friends, and pets, and have wanted to and have been ready to proceed to the next levels - and I guess by divine guidance I came upon your home page... I feel so blessed .... I cannot even begin to express how peaceful and whole I feel - I am so amazed...

Avant de suivre votre initiation , ,j'étais stressé et nerveux et même parfois un peu colérique et très timide avec les autres.

C'est pour cela que j'ai mis tout ce temps à vous écrire. Depuis que je suis votre initiation, il s'est passé des choses en moi , je suis beaucoup plus calme. Je dirais même que je suis devenu serein.
 
Et pour vous dire ,cela se ressent très fortement dans l'ambiance familial, je pratique l'auto guérison tous les jours ,et je ressens des choses , je vois des lumières pendant les séances que je n'arrive pas encore à expliquer.
 
J'ai l'impression que tout mon corps vibre et je transpire beaucoup sans raisons apparente. J' ai appris récemment que je devais peut-être me faire opérer de la colonne vertébrale .
 
Il fut un temps ou j'en aurait été malade d'apprendre une telle nouvelle. Mais ce n'est pas le cas,je suis serein et confiant grâce au reiki et à votre enseignement.

Vous avez commencé mon initiation Samedi
La nuit de Dimanche à Lundi ce fut un pur bonheur (chaleur interne et pleins d'autres choses...) ça y est je savais que je venais d'être initié quelle joie c'est un moment tellement fort et unique qu'on ne peut même pas l'expliquer,
il faut le vivre pour le comprendre
Depuis lors ma vie a totalement changée.
Fini le stress, je n'ai même plus le vertige...
J'ai déjà pu soulager 2 personnes un ami à qui j'ai stoppé un saignement sur l'arcade, en effet dés que j'ai posé mon doigt desssus le sang n'a plus coulé et ensuite j'ai soulagé mon mari d'un état grippal.
D'or et déjà je souhaite donner du reiki à tous ceux qui en auront besoin sur mon chemin.
J'espére à chaque jour devenir encore meilleure et que mes soins pour les autres seront de plus en plus forts et bénéfiques.
Je souhaite que ce bien être et ce bonheur intense dure toujours.
Je vous embrasse trés fort et vous souhaite le meilleur pour vous et les vôtres.
